Clan Rules [ Eng] Empty

• Core Rules •

Members of TheCreeps are always expected to abide by the rules set forth in this document. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action taken by the officers that can include warning, demotion, suspension, or banishment from the clan. All disciplinary actions can be appealed by the guilty member, however after the appeal all actions are final.

This is a relaxed PVE/PVP clan. Maintaining "relaxed" is a core goal of the clan leadership, but maintaining PVP is equally important. With that in mind, the following principles should be upheld by all clan members:

* Be courteous to all players, regardless if they are fellow clan members, allies, or enemies. Insulting other players (clan member or otherwise) reflects badly upon the clan and will not be tolerated in any form. Respect is earned, courtesy must be given in order to maintain a friendly clan.
* All clan members are expected to act maturely. You can be mature and still have fun.
* Be cautious with your language. Occasional swearing is likely to occur in clan, group and TeamSpeak/Ventrilo chat but is strongly discouraged; however should be completely curtailed in public. Also, be mindfull of the ages and temperments of other clan and group members before using any language which might offend.
* Clan members are to always positively represent the clan. Professional behaviour reflects well on the clan, terrible behaviour reflects badly, and a bad reputation spreads faster than a good one.
* No Cheating, Hacking, or Exploiting. If anyone is found to be in breach of any game policies you will be reported to GM and removed from the clan. No second chance.
* Begging will not be tolerated. Just because other players are a higher level than you, does not mean they can always afford to help you. If you need something, kindly ask in clan chat, if someone can help you, they will, if not, do not keep asking.
* Applying to another clan while a member of TC will be considered to be equivalent to a resignation from TC.
*Ventrilo – A working computer microphone and a copy of Ventrilo are mandatory for all TC members.
*Quality Players – TC has a standard of quality play that we intend to maintain. If any clan member is found to be extremely lacking in their skills, they may be voted on by the IC for removal from the clan. The important phrase here is "extremely lacking."
*No Idiotic Public Posts – If you want to act like a fool, we have private boards for you to do that. Don't post on public forums about the clan, how bad ass you are, or how we were foolish enough to add you.

T he following should apply to all clan runs. Runs that include non-clan members must have loot rules negotiated at the start of the run. It is recommended that you attempt to keep groups within the clan where possible.

It is also expected that groups be flexible to individual requests.

• All Groups •

There should be no looting during combat.
There should be no looting when a member of the group is dead or AFK.
Items deemed needed by the clan, for the purposes of future raids and olympiad , will be kept for storage in the clan warehouse until needed. This will usually be materials for enchants, gear, and potions - but is not limited as such. All other items will be distributed as normal.
If problems arise during the looting process, in the first instance you should attempt to resolve the problem privately with the person concerned. If that does not lead to satisfaction you should speak to the raid leader and if necessary a third party clan officer.

• Participation •

In order that all clan members can make the most of the clan, we need an effective method of communication.Clan members need to all work together for the common good.
It is a requirement that all clan members be members of the clan forum. The forum should be visited on a regular basis in order to keep in touch with happenings within the clan, and to sign up for planned raids and events.
Clan members who have difficulty signing up on the forum should contact an officer to discuss the situation.

• Inactivity •

Any clan member who is inactive for three weeks or more may be removed from the clan. This includes alts. Any clan member who is taking an extended break with the intent to return can notify an officer and a note will be made on the expected return date and if said member does not return within 3 weeks of that date they will be removed from the clan.

• Discipline •

Infractions of the rules will be addressed as soon as possible by an officer. If an officer is present please bring the event to their attention and provide them with all the information you have (including screenshots if necessary). If an officer is not present please address a clan member privately if you believe them to be in violation of any rules. Do not make a public spectacle. A simple statement or request to a fellow clan member should be sufficient to resolve any differences. If this does not prove sufficient please record all events to present to an officer as soon as one becomes available (ie screenshots).

If a public spectacle is involved, the member will be asked to limit his discussion to tells with the officer / other party. Everyone gets upset. It is expected that members to be capable of reigning themselves in when asked to do so.

Have a nice day .
